Who can redeem Points for Hilton Honors experiences?

All Hilton Honors members can bid and redeem their Points for Hilton Honors Auction experiences.

Can I cancel, refund or change my Hilton Honors experience?

Hilton Honors experiences cannot be exchanged, modified, cancelled or refunded. Read the Hilton Honors Auction Terms and Conditions for more information.

When will I find out if mine is the winning bid on the Hilton Honors experience?

We will notify you by email immediately following auction closing if you have won, and will follow up by contacting you shortly after to confirm necessary details to fulfill your auction experience. So please make sure the contact information in your Hilton Honors profile is correct. In addition, you can check to see if you have won by visiting the Hilton Honors Auction site and checking the status of your bid in the Bid Status section.

Is there a limit to how many Hilton Honors experiences I can redeem for?

You may redeem up to five (5) experiences within a calendar year. Please note that if you are bidding on multiple Hilton Honors Auction experiences at the same time, you must have sufficient Points in your account to cover all bids.

I won an experience but have not received the details of my Hilton Honors reward. What do I do?

Please contact us at HiltonHonorsAuction@Hilton.com and provide your Hilton Honors Number and the reward you won to help us assist you.

The Master Collection is a combination of the ultimate relaxation experiences unique to the Waldorf Astoria Ras al Khaimah. These heightened sensual experiences are designed for the peaceful seclusion of your suite. The Bath Master will create a mood enhancing bathing experience prepared with infusions and fragrances such as wild mint and mandarin, jasmine and Brazilian rosewood, English lavender and sweet basil. The Fragrance Master creates a special ambience in the guests' room at turndown, with scents to lighten the mind. The Sleep Master will find the perfect pillow, and create a cloud of warmth and softness so you succumb to the deepest most therapeutic sleep.

What is Auto Bid Extend?

The Auto Bid Extend feature ensures that bidders will always have a chance to challenge bids placed in the final seconds of an auction. When indicated on a listing page, if a bid is placed during the last 5 minutes of an auction, the auction will automatically extend for an additional 5 minutes from the time of the latest bid. The auction will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 5 minutes.
