If the Experience you redeemed does not go on as planned, we will fully refund your Hilton Honors Points. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, our Team will contact you with this information and provide you with the opportunity to redeem the Experience again for the same number of Points.

We remain committed to offering you flexibility with booking options in the current environment. Given these unique circumstances, we are making adjustments to our individual booking policies, including those booked with Points, to give you extra peace of mind. I have not seen an update as it relates to COVID-19 affecting my upcoming Experience. Where do I go for information?

My Experience was not cancelled and involves an overnight stay at a Hilton hotel. What measures are being taken to ensure my well-being?
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and Team Members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. Terms & Conditions
One (1) package is available for the highest bidder and one (1) guest. Package includes (a) two (2) Loge Seat tickets to the Boston Bruins game on Wednesday, February 12, 2020, (b) High-Five line experience for one (1) child (ages 6-12) on February 12, 2020, (c) pre-game tour of TD Garden for two (2) people on February 12, 2020, (d) access for two (2) people to the Legends Restaurant on February 12, 2020, 2019, (e) one (1) signed Bruins merchandise item. Must check-in with the Community Relations table outside of section 4 on the Loge Level no later than 10 minutes after doors open. Should you not arrive in time, you will forfeit your experience so please allow enough time to line up before doors open. All participants will need to sign a waiver and photo release and will be given more information regarding their Fan Experience during check-in. All participants must be between 6 to 12 years of age. One adult per certificate will be able to accompany the child to ice level. No flash photography or autographs are permitted. Parents will not be allowed high-fives from players. They must stand behind the children. Players are not required to high-five participants. Please note that some players may not participate. Package does not include rail or airfare. Subject to availability. Hilton Honors member will be disqualified from claiming the experience if his or her account does not have sufficient Points at time of auction closing. The winning bidder may not resell items and/or experiences redeemed through the Hilton Honors Experiences site and may not re-market, resell or otherwise transfer or dispose of an experience without obtaining Hilton Honors' prior written consent. Winner will receive notification of winning bid via email. Members may only redeem for up to five (5) total packages per year. All other Hilton Honors Auction Terms and Conditions apply.
