Who can redeem Points for Hilton Honors experiences?

All Hilton Honors members can bid and redeem their Points for Hilton Honors Auction experiences.

Can I cancel, refund or change my Hilton Honors experience?

Hilton Honors experiences cannot be exchanged, modified, cancelled or refunded. Read the Hilton Honors Auction Terms and Conditions for more information.

When will I find out if mine is the winning bid on the Hilton Honors experience?

We will notify you by email immediately following auction closing if you have won, and will follow up by contacting you shortly after to confirm necessary details to fulfill your auction experience. So please make sure the contact information in your Hilton Honors profile is correct. In addition, you can check to see if you have won by visiting the Hilton Honors Auction site and checking the status of your bid in the Bid Status section.

Is there a limit to how many Hilton Honors experiences I can redeem for?

You may redeem up to five (5) experiences within a calendar year. Please note that if you are bidding on multiple Hilton Honors Auction experiences at the same time, you must have sufficient Points in your account to cover all bids.

I won an experience but have not received the details of my Hilton Honors reward. What do I do?

Please contact us at HiltonHonorsAuction@Hilton.com and provide your Hilton Honors Number and the reward you won to help us assist you.

I redeemed for Lawn Days tickets. How do I use my code to secure my tickets?

The winning bidder may not resell items and/or experiences redeemed through the Hilton Honors Auction site and may not re-market, resell or otherwise transfer or dispose of an experience without obtaining Hilton Honors' prior written consent. Hilton Honors Member will be disqualified from claiming the experience if his or her account does not have sufficient Points at time of auction closing. Hilton Honors member will receive notification of Point redemption via email. Members may only redeem for up to five (5) total packages per year. All other Hilton Honors Auction Terms and Conditions Apply.

What is Auto Bid Extend?

The Auto Bid Extend feature ensures that bidders will always have a chance to challenge bids placed in the final seconds of an auction. When indicated on a listing page, if a bid is placed during the last 5 minutes of an auction, the auction will automatically extend for an additional 5 minutes from the time of the latest bid. The auction will close once all bidding activity has stopped for a period of 5 minutes.
