If the Experience you redeemed does not go on as planned, we will fully refund your Hilton Honors Points. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, our Team will contact you with this information and provide you with the opportunity to redeem the Experience again for the same number of Points.

My Experience was not cancelled and involves an overnight stay at a Hilton hotel. What measures are being taken to ensure my well-being?
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and Team Members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. Five (5) package(s) are available for two (2) people. Each package includes: (a) two (2) tickets to the event with private entry; (b) dedicated reception host offering all-day concierge service; (c) reserved seating; (d) inside seats with access to live commentary from prominent cricket personalities; (e) chef-inspired menu available all day with canapes on arrival; (f) high-end beverages available all day including matched wines during your main meal; (g) three (3) course supper. Experience does not include rail, airfare, or hotel accommodations. Subject to availability. Experience is valid only Friday, January 3, 2020. Hilton Honors member will be disqualified from claiming the experience if his or her account does not have sufficient Points at time of auction closing.
