If the Experience you redeemed does not go on as planned, we will fully refund your Hilton Honors Points. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, our Team will contact you with this information and provide you with the opportunity to redeem the Experience again for the same number of Points.

My Experience was not cancelled and involves an overnight stay at a Hilton hotel. What measures are being taken to ensure my well-being?
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests and Team Members remains our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. This Coca-Cola Refreshing Experience invites you to attend ESPN College GameDay live and includes a meet-and-greet and photo opp with the hosts of ESPN College GameDay! You'll also enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the ESPN College GameDay set. Coca-Cola will host a Hilton Honors member and their guests every Saturday during this regular college football season!

Attendees must be Age 10+. Package includes a meet & greet with ESPN College GameDay talent and a behind-the-scenes tour of the ESPN College GameDay set. Consumer must travel on the dates specified, surrounding ESPN's College GameDay schedule, or reward will be forfeited. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation of event. Coca-Cola and Hilton are not responsible if any scheduled event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and consumer will not be reimbursed. Tickets may be subject to issuers standard rain-check policies and procedures. Lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, vouchers or certificates will not be replaced. By accepting this reward, consumer agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Hilton Honors member will be disqualified from claiming the experience if his or her account does not have sufficient Points at time of auction closing.
